You can use this task to search for actions performed on Evacuation Assistant entities, and see which Security Center users performed the action and when.

  • You can configure how long Evacuation Assistant activities data is kept using the Plugins task Cleanup setting.

    For more information about database cleanup, see Scheduling database backups and cleanups for the Evacuation Assistant plugin.

    NOTE: No audit trails are generated when the database cleanup settings are modified.
  • If the user generating the report does not have partition access to specific cardholders, their sensitive information is redacted in the report.
  • If the user generating the report does not have partition access to certain areas, evacuations for those areas are unavailable in the Evacuations filter.
  • The Application filter is unsupported for the Evacuation Assistant plugin.

  • Turning the Mustering toggle on or off.
  • Modifying the Forgive antipassback selection.
  • Modifying the Forgive antipassback and move cardholders to area selection and destination area.
  • Modifying the Assigned mustering areas selections.
    NOTE: If the mustering area is deleted, the audit report description uses the GUID instead of the name of the deleted area.
  • Modifying the Start activation event.
