Issue | First reported in | Description |
---|---|---|
3371494 | 1.4 | When a user creates a visitor in the Evacuation Assistant portal, the visitor
is added under the same partition as the plugin role even if the user does not have
access to that partition. Workaround: Evacuation Assistant portal users
should have access to the plugin role partition.
|
3338680 | 1.3 | When using a Custom fields filter in Evacuation
Assistant reports, only cardholder custom fields are shown. Visitor custom field
filters are unavailable. Workaround: Visitor custom fields must have the
same name and type as the cardholder custom fields to be filterable in
reports.
|
3295519 | 1.3 | Saving Evacuation Assistant reports as templates only preserves Boolean or text type custom field values. |
2712126 | 1.1 | Failover for the Evacuation Assistant
role and portal is not supported. People who badge at a mustering point when the
plugin is offline are granted access, but their status does not change to
Safe. Workaround: After the Evacuation Assistant portal reconnects, they must
badge again or the mustering captain must manually set their status to
Safe.
|
2621455 | 1.1 | People who badge at a mustering point that they were not supposed to evacuate
to are not automatically added to the mustering list or marked as Safe in the
Evacuation Assistant portal, even though
access is granted when they badge. Workaround: The mustering captain must
manually add them to the mustering list.
|
2596518 | 1.0 | Evacuation Assistant portal: The
cardholder list and cardholder details pages are not refreshed in real time. Workaround: To see cardholder status changes, refresh the page or navigate to
the home page in the portal.
|
