The Genetec Web App offers many of the same features as Security Desk, but is not feature-equivalent. It is best suited for security post operators who work outside of the security operations center.
To help train your operators and learn more about the Web App's capabilities, you can watch these process overview videos. New videos are added as new features are released, and can always be accessed from the What's new menu in the Web App.
