Clearance participants shown on map in Security Center WebApp: Clearance participants are now displayed on maps in the Security Center WebApp. This update provides a link to access participant details and initiate a video request.
Clearance Plugin export retention update: Evidence uploaded from the Clearance Plugin now inherits category retention periods defined at the case.

Automated evidence exports: You can now you can use event-to-action to automate video exports to Clearance. When recordings in Security Center need to be protected, they can be uploaded automatically and preserved in Clearance. For more information, refer to About automated evidence exports in the Clearance plugin.
Raise custom event on Clearance export state: You can now configure a custom event to notify your organization about the state of an export. For more information, refer to Custom events added by the Clearance plugin.
Filter by export state in Clearance Activities Report: You can now filter results by export state in the Clearance Activities task to better track export failures and other details.
View other user exports privilege: You can now assign a privilege that allows users to see exports initiated by other users in the notification tray. For more information, refer to Granting user privileges for the Clearance plugin.

Request video from vehicles in Security Center: You can now request video, along with telemetric data and metadata, from vehicles included in Security Center systems using the Clearance registry and video request module. While creating requests, you can review the camera fields of vision and select the ones required for your investigation or review. Default department: When you set a default department in Clearance, that department is populated in the export window by default.
Throttle number of concurrent exports: You can now limit the number of concurrent exports to optimize for your site's bandwidth. Contact support for more information.

Display areas in Clearance camera registry: Adding Areas to the camera selection tab of the plugin now displays them as Groups in Clearance. This simplifies the identification of cameras relevant to a request.
Send reports from Genetec Mission Control™ to Clearance: Security Center operators can now export incident reports and associated videos to cases in Clearance. Organizations can now quickly share access to event information and preserve incident details in accordance with operating procedures. The integration is supported in Mission Control version 3.1.2, and requires the Clearance plugin for Security Center version 3.5.38 and later. Improved start-up speed: The Clearance plugin camera and area caching system has been made more efficient. This enhancement makes the plugin faster at start up.
Add all cameras from Archives task: You can now choose to add all cameras when exporting video to Clearance from Monitoring tiles in an Archives task.
Faster exports for recordings requested from the video request module: Plugin performance has been optimized to facilitate faster transfers when exporting recordings that are requested from the video request module.

Participant locations in Security Center Maps: The new plugin displays participants from the Clearance camera registry module in the Maps task. The integration with Clearance allows Security Desk operators can use the Clearance integration to identify the location of participants near incidents they are monitoring and provides a link to access participant details and initiate a video request.
Deactivated departments and categories: Deactivated departments and categories are no longer available for selection in the Security Desk export wizard.
Scalability improvements: This update offers improved performance when adding thousands of entities in the plugin camera selection.
Hide camera selection hierarchy: Activate the Hide camera selection hierarchy setting to import entities from any area or federation without showing their tree hierarchy.
