After restarting, the
Clearance™ Plugin retrieves events associated with specific configured alarms
that occurred while the plugin was offline and initiates automated export
tasks. This update reduces the need for these tasks to be performed manually
and decreases the chance of exports being missed.
In the event the Clearance Plugin is offline or is restarted, it now
retrieves any missed automated uploads since it was last online and processes
them. This update reduces the need for these tasks to be performed manually and
decreases the chance of exports being missed.
There is now a dedicated
clean-up schedule that automatically deletes files that are no longer required.
By default, files are retained for 3 days, and the system checks every ten
minutes to delete files exceeding this retention period. Contact Genetec™ Technical Support if a different deletion
interval is required for your system.
