The Genetec Clearance™ plugin adds custom events to Security Center. These events can be used to notify you of the progress of your evidence exports, and when they have failed.
IMPORTANT: If these events are not displayed in the
Custom events list in Config Tool, the plugin
is not installed on the local computer.
| Custom event | Description |
|---|---|
| Clearance export failure | Raised when an evidence export to from a Security Desk monitoring tile Clearance fails. |
| Clearance export progress | Raised to inform you of the progress of an evidence export to Clearance. |
