To begin using Clearance, you must activate your account directly from the email that contained the invitation to join the site.

Before you begin

Make sure that you have a secure connection to the internet.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to your email account.
  2. In your Invitation to join Clearance email, activate your account.

    IMPORTANT: This e-mail is sent from noreply@clearance.network to help administrators set up their spam filters. If you do not have this email in your Inbox or Spam (or Junk) folders, contact your account administrator.
  3. To activate your Clearance account, enter your email address and click Continue.

  4. Enter your identifying information and configure a password for your Clearance account.
  5. Choose to enable multi-factor authentication using your phone number or the email associated with your Clearance account.

Results

Your account is activated. You can begin using the system.
