In Clearance, system administrators can define security policies
to control access for users and groups.
What you should know
You can manage security policies by user or by groups.
Procedure

Click .

In your security policies section of choice, click .

Select which users or groups you want to grant access to, and click
Add.
To remove a user or group, click
next to their name.

If applicable, grant users and user groups appropriate permission levels:

View only
-
View and download
-
Edit
-
Manage
-
Click Save.
NOTE: You can also assign these security policies when you create or edit users and
groups.
