- Download Multiple Video Segments as a Single File
- You can now download multiple video and audio segments together into a
single, MP4 file. This makes it easier to review and share longer video
clips.
This option is available for evidence that is recorded in multiple segments, including exports from i-PRO and Axis body worn cameras and in-car systems, and Genetec Security Center exports.
How it works: A video clip containing multiple segments can be downloaded as a single file from the Files section or the Video Player module by selecting "Download MP4." This downloads and automatically stitches the segments together into a single clip. The option is available for files that are in MP4 format.
Evidence downloaded in its original format will continue to be downloaded with the same segments in which it was initially recorded.When downloading the file, a notification appears after it is ready for download.
- Language Options for Email Notifications
- You can now receive Clearance notification emails in several supported
languages. Admins can choose a language preference for their account, which
applies to all users of the account. The following languages are supported:
- English
- French
- Spanish
- German
- Dutch
- Video load time enhancement
- The multi-tile player now loads videos up to 50% faster, making it easier to review longer video clips.
