Genetec Cloudlink appliance capabilities

The maximum number of devices you can connect to a Genetec Cloudlink appliance in Security Center SaaS depends on the appliance model and the type of device.

Cloudlink appliances support three application types: Video, Access control, and Intrusion, each with its own device maximum.

For multisensor cameras, each sensor counts toward the camera maximum.

Each appliance has an incoming throughput limit in addition to its device limit:

  • Cloudlink 110: 16 Mbps
  • Cloudlink 210: 200 Mbps
  • Cloudlink 2210: 1600 Mbps

To reach the maximum number of devices reliably, keep the total incoming throughput within the appliance limit. You can still add devices past this limit, but performance can degrade. Consider throughput limits when you configure camera settings.
