Genetec Cloudlink appliance capabilities

The maximum number of devices you can connect to a Genetec Cloudlink™ appliance in Security Center SaaS depends on the appliance model and the types of devices.

You can connect cameras, intrusion panels, and access control devices to a Cloudlink appliance individually or in any combination.

For multisensor cameras, each sensor counts as a camera towards the device maximum.

NOTE: In addition to a maximum number of devices, each appliance has an incoming video throughput limit.

When using video only:

  • Cloudlink 110: 16 Mbps
  • Cloudlink 210: 200 Mbps
  • Cloudlink 310: 200 Mbps

When using video and one or more other device types:

  • Cloudlink 110: 8 Mbps
  • Cloudlink 210: 100 Mbps
  • Cloudlink 310: 100 Mbps

If you reach the maximum throughput, you can't add more devices even if you have not yet reached the device limit. Consider this when configuring camera settings.
