As of version 1.10.1, the Genetec Cloudlink™ 110 firmware includes the following known issues.

| 262793 | 1.9.0 | The Cloudlink 110 can’t connect to Security Center SaaS if the SD card is
unsupported or improperly inserted. As a result, connected cameras don’t
record. Workaround: Insert a supported SD card and
restart the appliance.
