As of version 1.9.1, the Genetec Cloudlink™ 110 firmware includes the following known issues.

| 262793 | 1.9.0 | The Cloudlink 110 can’t connect to Security Center SaaS if the SD card is
unsupported or improperly inserted. As a result, connected cameras don’t
record. Workaround: Insert a supported SD card and
restart the appliance.

| 286843 | 1.9.1 | The Cloudlink appliance might become unreachable if both network interfaces are
configured with the same static IP address. Workaround: Perform a factory reset on the appliance.

| 287806 | 1.9.1 | The Cloudlink appliance incorrectly accepts an invalid subnet mask for LAN2.
After refreshing the web interface, the IP address and subnet mask are empty in the
network settings. Workaround: Set a valid subnet
mask.
