Use the Genetec Cloudlink™ 210 touchscreen to adjust appliance settings and obtain key information about your connected devices.
You can access the following menus from the touchscreen.
- Initial setup
- Configure the appliance to use a static IP or DHCP. If applicable, display a QR code to add or re-add an appliance to Security Center SaaS.
- Home
- View the cloud connection status and the devices connected to the appliance.NOTE: For information about the icons and notifications that appear on the home screen, see About the Cloudlink 210 touchscreen.
- Information
- View the appliance serial number, firmware version, disk usage, and other details for support calls.
- Network
- Configure network settings as needed. After initial setup, perform network configuration in the appliance portal.
- Errors and warnings
- View details about system errors and warnings. You can snooze errors and warnings temporarily, but they remain displayed until the issues are resolved.
- Display
- Adjust the screen brightness, including for a dimmed mode that turns on after 60 seconds of inactivity.
- Reboot
- Reboot the appliance.
- Shutdown
- Power off the appliance.
- Factory reset
- Perform a factory reset to delete all user and application data and restore the appliance to default settings.
