Use the Genetec Cloudlink™ 210 touchscreen to adjust appliance settings and obtain key information about your connected devices.

You can access the following menus from the touchscreen.

Initial setup
Configure the appliance to use a static IP or DHCP. If applicable, display a QR code to add or re-add an appliance to Security Center SaaS.
Home
View the cloud connection status and the devices connected to the appliance.
NOTE: For information about the icons and notifications that appear on the home screen, see About the Cloudlink 210 touchscreen.
Information
View the appliance serial number, firmware version, disk usage, and other details for support calls.
Network
Configure network settings as needed. After initial setup, perform network configuration in the appliance portal.
Errors and warnings
View details about system errors and warnings. You can snooze errors and warnings temporarily, but they remain displayed until the issues are resolved.
Display
Adjust the screen brightness, including for a dimmed mode that turns on after 60 seconds of inactivity.
Reboot
Reboot the appliance.
Shutdown
Power off the appliance.
Factory reset
Perform a factory reset to delete all user and application data and restore the appliance to default settings.
