Genetec Cloudrunner™ is a cloud-based, vehicle-centric investigation platform. Its current version includes license plate reporting functionality to support investigative workflows.
Cloudrunner is designed to support both desktop and mobile workflows, enabling users to manage investigations and system operations from anywhere.
Cloudrunner Mobile
- Biometric sign-in
- Secure and quick access using facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, or other biometric methods.
- Geo-localized search
- Use the Search tab to explore reads by location on a map. Select an area to retrieve reads, then apply filters such as plate number, vehicle characteristics, or camera selection to refine the results.
- Real-time alerts
- Customize your notification preferences to match your specific needs. While push notifications can be paused during off-shift hours, all alerts will continue to be recorded for future reference. When you log back in, you can access up to 72 hours of alert history in the Alerts tab.
- Alert personalization
- Customize alerts based on specific cameras, hotlists, or a radius based on your current location to ensure you receive only the most relevant notifications.
- Smartwatch compatibility
- Alerts can also be received on supported smartwatches, enabling timely awareness even when your mobile device is not readily accessible.
- Quick hotlist management
- Instantly add vehicles of interest to existing hotlists while in the field, streamlining your workflow and response time.
Access to Cloudrunner Mobile is available through your existing Cloudrunner account, and no additional subscription is needed. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of users who can access the app with your organization’s account.
Cloudrunner Portal
The Cloudrunner portal serves as the primary platform for administrators and analysts to manage investigations, adjust system settings, and oversee camera networks through a desktop interface. For more information, see Genetec Cloudrunner™ User Guide.
