You can quickly add a license plate read to an existing hotlist directly from the Search tab in the Cloudrunner Mobile app.

What you should know

The Add to hotlist option is only available when viewing read details from the Search tab.
You must have the appropriate privileges to manage hotlists within your Cloudrunner account.
A read can be added to any hotlist visible to your user role.
You can select a hotlist as the default from Profile > Settings > Default hotlist.

Sign in to the Cloudrunner Mobile app.
Navigate to the Search tab and search for a vehicle using filters such as plate number, make, model, or location.
Tap a result tile to open the license plate read details pane.
Tap Add to hotlist.

NOTE: If a default hotlist has not been defined, the app prompts you to select one. After you select a hotlist, the app sets it as the default for future use.

The Add to hotlist section opens with the plate number and state information prefilled.
From Selected list, select the target hotlist.
The hotlist selected as the default hotlist in the settings page appears here by default.
If needed, add information to other fields.
Fields may vary depending on the selected hotlist.
Tap Add.
A confirmation message appears once the record is successfully added.
