You can use the Alerts tab to view and investigate live hit alerts generated by cameras associated with your account.

Before you begin

Set the location permission to Always allow to ensure radius filtering works when the app is in the background or when the device is locked.
Android devices
In the Cloudrunner Mobile app, go to Profile > Settings > Permissions, and set the location permission to Always allow.
iOS devices
Go to the device Settings > Apps > Cloudrunner > Location, and set the permission to Always.

What you should know

  • Alerts are displayed in real time and stored for 72 hours.
  • You can select up to 100 hotlists or cameras to customize your alert preferences.
  • Filter settings are user-specific and only apply to the mobile app. Any filter selections made in Cloudrunner Mobile do not affect the Cloudrunner portal.
  • Email and SMS alerts are managed by administrators in the Cloudrunner portal and are not controlled through the mobile app. For more information, see Genetec Cloudrunnerâ„¢ User Guide.
