After you have set up the plugin to connect to CAD systems, you must add your CAD providers to view the CAD calls in Genetec Citigraf™.
Before you begin
- Configure the plugin to connect to CAD systems.
- Create a spreadsheet with your CAD incident categories and map them to Citigraf categories.
What you should know
Procedure

From the Providers page, click Add (
).
- Navigate to the Properties section and select the Activated checkbox.
- Enter a description and name for the provider.
- Select the Ingestion service check box,
- In the Ingestion service properties section, depending on your provider type, refer to the following:
- Click Apply.
