Help operators easily scan and classify CAD calls by configuring specific color highlights and map centering rules.

1. From the Plugins task, navigate to the Dispatch System Connector plugin.
2. Navigate to the Category codes page.
3. In the Category code highlight color mappings section, click Add ().

   Category code

   The category code for which you want to customize the highlight color.

   Highlight color

   Specific color for selected category code.

   Flashing halo

   When active, a flashing ring appears around the icon on the map.

   Highlight only for operator in call

   Restrict the highlight settings to only appear for the user who is the operator in the call.

   Highlight latest call in category only

   Upon receiving a new call for a given category code, the highlight is removed from the previous calls of the same category code.

4. Click Save > Apply.
