How Genetec Mission Control™ incidents are different from Security Center incidents
Genetec Mission Control™ incidents are distinct from Security Center incidents. Security Center incidents can only record video. Genetec Mission Control™ incidents include more detail and can also trigger other incidents from their workflow.The Config Tool settings in only apply to Security Center incidents and not to Genetec Mission Control™ incidents.
You can configure Genetec Mission Control™ incidents from the Incident configuration task in Config Tool.
