On the Profile Properties page, you can configure the incident filters applied by the profiles.
- Allowed users
- An allowed user is a user to whom a profile can be assigned. You have two
choices:
- Everyone
- All users can be assigned this profile.
- Specific
- Only the configured users and user groups can be assigned this profile.
- Incidents
- Incident types and categories that are selected by this profile.
- Location
- Areas corresponding to locations where incidents occurred, selected by this profile.
