How Mission Control incidents are different from Security Center incidents
Mission Control incidents are distinct from Security Center incidents. Security Center incidents can only record video. Mission Control incidents include more detail and can also trigger other incidents from their automation workflow.The Config Tool settings in only apply to Security Center incidents and not to Mission Control incidents.
You can configure Mission Control incidents from the Incident configuration task in Config Tool.
