Genetec Mission Control™

Genetec Mission Control™ includes the following known issues.

2884217 When an active incident is not triggered on any particular location or entity, the map view in the Incident monitoring task is cleared.
2863008 Unable to install Genetec Mission Control™ using installer due to RabbitMQ errors.
2835697 The Incident report task in Security Desk caps the incident listing at 10,000, even when there are more incidents to be listed.
2835120 Some automation workflow activities such as Display entity or Play a sound are executed before recipient configuration, so intended recipients do not receive information from those activities.
2828100 The incident report cannot be sorted by Additional columns field.
2827777 When active incidents are grouped by Latest event time, the group header includes an invalid date for manually triggered incidents.
2827645 Changing the Video display option in the incident type configuration also updates the video display option of existing active instances of the incident type in Security Desk.
2827533 Expanding the view of a sub-incident in the Incident details pane, refreshes the Incident details pane widget view to the parent collaborative incident.
2810731 The list of Available columns in the Incident monitoring task Select columns dialog box does not automatically refresh to reflect the updates to Custom columns list in Confit Tool > System > Roles > Incident Manager > Properties page.
2806862 When there are active incidents triggered on different maps, and the Show all incidents on default map option is selected in the Incident monitoring task Settings > Incident options dialog box, the map view does not refresh to display an accurate list of active incidents.
2740509 If server connection is lost when the Incident configuration task is open, on regaining the server connection, the system considers the incident type configuration modified. Discarding the option to save modifications causes an Unhandled exception error.
2739311 Security Center users without TTR Metrics privilege can see TTR notifications in Security Desk.
2738316 When a sound file used in an automation activity is deleted, there is no warning message for the user about missing sound file in the automation workflow.
2737788 Sometimes Security Desk disconnects because of a System.NullReferenceException connection error to RabbitMQ.
2697093 When configuring Column color automation activity, the color palette popup does not always collapse automatically.
1962199 2.10 GA Unable to cycle between live and playback streams from the dashboard Camera widget in Incident management.
1787956 2.9 GA After deleting a user who is the only recipient of a specific incident type, new incidents of that type have an invalid state with no recipients.
Workaround: Configure incidents to fallback to other recipients if no one responds.
1668680 2.10 GA Activating Maintenance mode on the Incident Manager role has no effect.
1184508 2.7 GA Genetec Mission Control™ is not compatible with earlier versions and does not display a warning message when incompatible versions are used together.
1108578 2.10 GA Audit trails: Document changes made in the Document management view of the Incident configuration task, are not reported in the Audit trails task.
