Follow the procedure below to upgrade Genetec Mission Control™ on the server.
Procedure

Launch the Mission Control Installer.

On the Choose Setup Language page, select English or French and
click Next.

On the Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard page, click the links
to read Mission Control documentation, and then
click Next.

On the License Agreement page, read the terms in the Genetec™ Software License Agreement, select
I accept the terms in the license agreement, and then click
Next.

On the Setup Type page, choose Advanced and
click Next.

On the Custom Setup page, clear the RabbitMQ
Server and Restart Genetec™ Server options.
NOTE: If you have RabbitMQ on this server, select the RabbitMQ option in the dialog box to
update both Mission Control and RabbitMQ.

Click Install to complete the Mission Control upgrade.
NOTE: Do not restart the Genetec™ Server
manually.
