General enhancements

Expanded and scrollable comment box
The comment box of the User procedure widget in the incident details pane now expands to display up to 5 lines of text, regardless of the font size. For comments exceeding 5 lines, a scroll bar allows for easy viewing and navigation.
Detect intrusion accurately
You can now configure the source entity column in the Incident monitoring task to display additional information such as the input location or other details about the source of the intrusion incident.
Sort incidents by state for better tracking
Operators can monitor latest updates to the incidents in real time by sorting incidents in the Incident monitoring task by state.
Use incident ID as a dynamic field
Use the Incident ID field to add URLs to external websites with information relating to an incident.
Control changes to public task columns
Administrators can prevent an operator from changing the saved column configuration in public tasks. Only users with the Modify columns privilege can configure columns.
Collaborative incident management using additional fields
Additional fields can be shared between the parent and child of a collaborative incident allowing users other than the incident owner to modify the field details.
Automated color-coding for incident lists
Create a custom view by color-coding the incident property columns in the Incident monitoring task using automation. Note that the custom field and additional field cannot be color-coded using automation.
Automate incident response based on schedule
You can configure an incident to follow its conditional automation activity based on the schedule in which the incident trigger occurred.
Save time when adding related entities
Operators can save time by simply dragging and dropping an entity into the Monitoring task tile to be added as a related entity to the selected incident.
