You uninstall Genetec Mission Control™ cumulative hotfixes from Windows Control Panel.

Procedure

To uninstall a component from Windows XP:

  1. Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove programs.
  2. Click Show Updates, select the cumulative hotfix, and click Remove.

To uninstall a component from Windows 10:

  1. Click Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features.
  2. Click View Installed Updates, right-click the cumulative hotfix, and select Uninstall.

To uninstall a component from Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012:

  1. Right-click the Start button, and select Programs and Features.
  2. Click View Installed Updates, right-click the cumulative hotfix, and select Uninstall.
    NOTE: You must reboot your system to complete the uninstall.
