To expand the visibility of a Genetec Mission Control™ incident, you can forward the incident to users who are not currently listed as recipients.
The incident recipient is the user that the incident
has been dispatched to. This user can see the incident in the Incident
monitoring task. You do not need to
take ownership of the incident in order
to forward it, but you do need the Forward incidents privilege. If you want to remove
the incident from your workspace, transfer the
incident instead of forwarding it.
The incident is forwarded to all selected recipients, whether they are online or
not.
