You can monitor incidents that have been dispatched to you, and follow their evolution in real time using either the Incident monitoring or the Monitoring task in Security Desk.

What you should know

Once an incident has been dispatched to you (either by the system or by a colleague), you can follow what is happening using different Security Desk tasks and views.

Procedure

  1. In Security Desk, open either the Incident monitoring or the Monitoring task.
  2. From the task you selected in step 1, you can:

The incident you select is displayed in the dashboard, and your username appears in the Monitored by column of the incident list.
