You can monitor incidents that have been dispatched to you and follow their evolution in real time using either the Incident monitoring or the Monitoring task in Security Desk.


  1. In Security Desk, open either the Incident monitoring or the Monitoring task.
  2. In the task you opened, perform actions as needed:


The incident you select is displayed in the incident details pane, and your username appears in the Monitored by column of the incident list.
