As a Genetec Mission Control™ incident owner, you can change the incident's properties, such as the description, priority, and external ID, as the situation evolves.
Before you begin
In the Incident monitoring task, click the incident you want to

- Click Overview.
At the top of the incident details pane, click Edit ().
Three fields can now be edited.
Modify the fields as needed:
- In the Description field, enter a text that describes the

- In the External ID field, enter the ID that links this incident to an external system.
- In the Priority list, select a new priority.
