As an observer, you can add valuable information to a Genetec Mission Control™ incident by attaching documents or URL links to documents, which can help the person in charge of resolving the incident.
Before you begin
- You need the Add attached documents privilege to attach documents to an incident.
- You need the Delete attached documents privilege to remove attached documents.
- You need the Add attached links privilege to attach URL links to an incident.
- You need the Delete attached links privilege to remove links attached to an incident.
