Hit accept reasons allow you to provide more information about a hit to Genetec Patroller™ administrators. Depending on how Genetec Patroller™ is configured, you may be required to provide this additional information when accepting a hit.
Genetec Patroller™ administrators create and configure these requirements in Security Center Config Tool. For example, you may be required to enter the driver’s age.
