Genetec Patroller™ administrators determine what credentials you need to log on to Patroller.

What you should know

IMPORTANT: The first time you log on, the globe icon in the notification bar must be green (), indicating that Patroller is connected to Security Center. If the globe is red, contact your system administrator. Note that for all future logins, Patroller can be offline.

• You might need to enter the following:
  • Username only.
  • Username and password.
  • The username and password you use to log on to the Patroller computer.

1. If Patroller does not start automatically when you start your computer, go to Start > All programs > Genetec AutoVu™ 7.0 , and then tap Genetec Patroller™ .
2. Enter your username and/or password, if required.
3. Tap OK.
