What you should know
- A check mark on the Curb
Sense™ icon

indicates all reads and images have been uploaded.
- If the cloud icon constantly show a number (), it indicates that events are backed up or are taking
longer than normal to send.
- When you log off, the system warns you if reads and images are still pending
upload to Curb
Sense™.

Patroller™ cannot communicate the Curb
Sense™ back office.
Procedure

Curb
Sense™ back office might be
experiencing processing delays, wait for a few minutes to see if the issue is
resolved. If the issue persists, or if the Curb
Sense™ icon displays an error (), contact your
system administrator.

Verify the cellular connection:
- To confirm your cellular connection, open a browser on the in-vehicle
computer.
- Ensure that your cellular connectivity is sufficient to support the data
traffic. Contact your service provider to ensure you have not reached
you data cap and to ensure that the area in which you are operating has
sufficient coverage.
