If you cannot review acknowledged hits, you can troubleshoot the issue.

What you should know

CAUSE: The Enable reviews setting may be turned off (it is on by default).

Procedure

  1. Open Genetec Patrollerâ„¢ Config Tool.
  2. Select User interface.
  3. On the General tab, turn on the Enable reviews setting.
