the issue.
What you should know
CAUSE: There might be a problem with the location or date of the source
file.
Procedure

Check the location of the source file.
If the file was originally imported from a USB key and then moved to a folder on the
in-vehicle computer, Genetec Patrollerâ„¢ will look for the
file from the USB key location.

Check the date of the source file.
Patroller will not automatically update a
file that has a date that is older than the original import date.
