On a patrol vehicle equipped with Sharp ALPR cameras, the Genetec Patroller™ software running on the in-vehicle computer sends license plate reads to the Genetec™ Curb Sense™ back office for processing. As the operator of the patrol vehicle, you must perform certain tasks before, during, and after you patrol a city.
Before you patrol a city
These are the common tasks to perform before you begin your patrol. If you can’t complete the tasks on this checklist, contact your administrator.

Check the Camera connection status icon () to verify that the Sharp cameras are online. |

Depending on how many cities you are assigned to, you can begin a patrol in a new city or log off.
