If cellular reception is strong, your email address and password are valid, and you still cannot log on to Curb Sense™, you can troubleshoot the issue.
What you should know
- For Genetec Patroller™ to communicate with Curb Sense back office, the in-vehicle computer's clock must be in sync with Curb Sense.
CAUSE: The in-vehicle computer's clock is not being updated by Windows and is out of sync with Curb Sense.

In the Windows Date & time settings page, enable the
setting Set time automatically.
