When opening Genetec Patroller™ for the first time, if you see the error "Cannot save reads. The database is 95% full.", you can troubleshoot the issue.

What you should know

CAUSE: Patroller must be the only application using SQL express on the in-vehicle computer.

Procedure

  1. Uninstall Patroller.
  2. Uninstall SQL express.
  3. Install Patroller.
