These resources include consultations with Professional Services, access to all software releases, and system health tools that help streamline maintenance, saving you time and money. With Genetec Advantage, you also have access to extra training benefits such as Genetec™ University (Advantage Experience), operator chat assistance, and Technical Certification Training for collaborative issue resolution.
All new Security Center systems require Genetec Advantage at time of purchase for initial deployment and support. The coverage can be for one to five years.
