Before you can request a badge for a person working at the airport, you must first
define the company they work for.
What you should know
An airport company is any company that operates a business at the airport.
Procedure

In Security
Desk, open the
Airport badging management task.

Click Add (), and then click Company ().
An empty form is displayed to the right. The fields with a red background are
compulsory.

Enter the Company name.
The company name must be unique. If a company has many stores at the airport, add the
store number to the company name.

Enter the Address.
For the Start date field, enter the date the company registered
as a business at the airport.

In the Point of contact section, enter the company's contact
information.
You must set up the contact information if you want to contact the company's employees
through that person. The Email must be configured if you want to be
able to contact that person by email through ABS. Be sure to indicate whether it is a
personal or business email.

In the Badge and privilege templates section, select the badge
types and the privileges that are going to be required by the employees of this
company.
To select a badge type, select at least one privilege under that badge type. Later,
when you want to assign privileges to employees of this company, only the badges and
privileges selected here are available for selection.
