As your company's authorized signatory, you are being issued a Genetec ClearID™ account by the Airport Badging Office so you can request airport ID badges for the employees of your company.

What you should know

When you are approved as your company's authorized signatory (AS) by the Airport Badging Office, you get an ACCOUNT NOTIFICATION email from Genetec ClearID™ as in the following example.

Procedure

  1. Open the "New Genetec ClearID™ Account" email and click CONFIRM MY ACCOUNT.
  2. In the browser page that opens, click Logon.

  3. Click Logon.
    You are brought to the Genetec ClearID™ Dashboard.
  4. Click Request identity to enter the first badge request for your company.
