After generating a report, the results of your query are listed in the report pane. This section lists the columns available for the Airport badge applications task.
- ID
- Unique applicant ID assigned by ABS. Not to be confused with the employee ID entered in Genetec ClearID™.
- Company name
- Badge applicant's company name.
- Applicant status
- Badge applicant's status. The possible values are:
- Active
- The applicant has an active badge.
- Approval pending
- The badge application has been submitted by an authorized signatory, pending processing by a badging office.
- Archived
- The applicant's information has been archived manually by a badging officer.
- Card request pending
- A card request has been issued by the badging office, pending processing.
- Deleted from TSC
- (Telos ID only) The employee's data has been deleted from the DAC database.
- Discrepancy with DAC
- (AAAE only) The employee's data cannot be found in the DAC database. In the vast majority of cases, this means that the employee's data has been deleted from the DAC database.
- Pre-enrolled
- The badge application processing has started, pending security check data to be collected.
- Scheduled for deletion
- (Telos ID only) The employee has no active badge and no badge request. When this situation arose, Telos ID prepares to delete employee data if the situation doesn't change in the next 30 days.
- Security checks approved
- Security check results have been approved by the badging office, pending a card request to be issued.
- Security checks completed
- Security check results have been received, pending approval by the badging office.
- Security checks pending
- Security checks have been submitted to the DAC, pending results to be received.
- Terminated
- The badge application has been terminated by the badging office.
- Badge access levels
- Airport access levels requested for the badge.
- Badge type
- Requested badge type.
- Badge number
- Badge number assigned by ABS.
- Badge expiration date
- Badge expiration date. Typically two years after the reception of security check results.
- First name
- Applicant's first name.
- Last name
- Applicant's last name.
- Date of birth
- Applicant's date of birth
- Place of birth
- Applicant's city of birth.
- Citizenship
- Applicant's citizenship.
- Gender
- Applicant's sex.
- Social security number (SSN)
- Applicant's SSN.
- Rap Back status
- Applicant's Rap Back status. Only available for non-airline employees.
- CHRC status
- Status of the Criminal History Record Check (CHRC).
- STA status
- Status of the Security Threat Assessment (STA).
- Badge status
- Badge status. The possible values are:
- Active
- The badge is active and can be used.
- Not issued
- More than 30 days have elapsed after all security checks have been completed and no badge has been issued.
- Pending
- Less than 30 days have elapsed after all security checks have been completed and no badge has been issued.
- Revoked
- The badge has been revoked.
- Suspended
- The badge has been suspended.
- Secondary badge status
- Depending on the value of Badge status, shows the badge revocation reason or the badge suspension reason.
