Generating custom reports in Genetec™ Enhanced Cardholder Management - Genetec™ Enhanced Cardholder Management 1.0

You can generate a custom report from the Cardholder compliance report task in Config Tool or Security Desk.

1. From the Config Tool or Security Desk home page, open the Cardholder compliance report task.
2. Click Generate report.
   
   
   

   The query results are listed in the reports pane, and indicate which fields are in error states.

   
   
   
3. (Optional) Sort the results by cardholder name or by error field.
4. (Optional) Export, print or add the report to your dashboard.
