If required, you can change the configuration of inputs on a Bosch panel from Security Center.

What you should know

These tables show how contact types are displayed by the panel and in Security Center:
Normally open contact type
Bosch panel Security Center

Normally closed contact type

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Intrusion detection task.
  2. From the entity browser, select an intrusion panel and click the Intrusion inputs tab.
  3. Click the edit button associated with the input.

  4. (Optional) In the Name field, edit the name of the input.
  5. From the Contact type list, choose between the following:
    • Normally open
    • Normally closed
    Edit button dialog box
    NOTE: The contact type you select must match the contact type that is configured on the Bosch panel.
  6. Click Save, and then click Apply.
