Solutions
Solution 1: Check the network connection between the panel and the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge, particularly if the panel is not installed on a local network.
Solution 2: Make sure the enrollment settings in the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge match the settings on the Bosch panel. This includes the IP address, automation mode, port, and passcode.
Solution 3: The Bosch panel has been programmed with the incorrect automation settings in the Bosch Remote Programming Software (RPS).
Solution 4: Make sure that only one client is connected to the panel.
