The names of intrusion areas, inputs, and outputs on Telenot panels are not automatically imported by the extension. They must be imported manually from the panel to the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge.

Before you begin

Enroll your Telenot panel.

What you should know

IMPORTANT: Importing areas, inputs, and outputs from a Telenot intrusion panel can take several minutes. During this time, actions and commands are not sent to the panel.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Intrusion detection task.
  2. From the entity browser, select the Intrusion Manager role and click on the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge tab.
  3. Select the Telenot panel, and then click on the Identity page.
  4. In the Manufacturer-specific configuration section, click Import.

Results

The areas, inputs, and outputs from your Telenot intrusion panel are added to the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge.
