After you add an intrusion panel to a Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge, you can import the users of the panel from the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge to Security Center.

Before you begin

Enroll an intrusion panel.

What you should know

  • Importing cardholders creates Security Center cardholders from the users of the panels that the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge is connected to.
  • When users are imported from panels, they overwrite the cardholders listed in the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.
  • Some intrusion panels do not support this function. For more information, refer to the feature comparison for intrusion detection extensions and plugins.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Intrusion detection task.
  2. Select the Intrusion Manager role, click the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge cardholder selection tab.
  3. Select the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge that you want to import cardholders from, and click Import all cardholders.

  4. Press OK in the warning dialog box.

Results

The users from the panel are added as cardholders Security Center.

After you finish

Add cardholders from the Genetec™ Intrusion Bridge to the intrusion panel.
