To temporarily remove a cardholder or cardholder group from an intrusion panel, you can exclude them on the panel in Security Center.

What you should know

You can create a cardholder group whose access to a panel has been temporarily removed, for example cardholders who are on vacation. Set this cardholder group to excluded on the panel. When you add a cardholder to the cardholder group in Security Center, they will be automatically excluded from the panel. They will be re-instated on the panel when they are removed from the group.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Intrusion detection task.
  2. Select an intrusion detection unit from the entity browser, and click the Users tab.
  3. Click the Exclude () button next to the cardholder that you want to exclude.
