Adding entities to your favorites in Genetec Mobile - Genetec Mobile

To quickly find and access specific entities in your system, you can add them to your favorites.

1. From the Genetec™ Mobile app, tap ().
2. Tap Area view.
3. Navigate to your entity and tap () or tap and hold the entity until the () icon is displayed.
4. (Optional) After the () icon is displayed, tap the additional entities that you want to add to your favorites.
5. Tap More actions.
6. Tap Add to favorites.
   The selected entity is now in your favorites.

   

   NOTE: To remove entities from your favorites, select entities from your favorites, tap More actions, and then Remove from favorites.
