Logging in to the Genetec Mobile app - Genetec Mobile

To use the Genetec™ Mobile app, you must launch and sign in to the mobile app from your smartphone.

1. On your smartphone, tap the Genetec Mobile app icon to launch the app.
2. On the homepage, enter your server directory or IP address (). If you have more than one server directory, select the server that you require.
   
   NOTE: If no systems are defined, you can connect to a demo system.
3. Enter your username () and password ().
4. Sign in using one of the following credentials:
   • The OpenID identity that your provider has made available and is configured on the system.
   • The username and password assigned by your organization.
5. Tap Connect.
